Seche Vite Top Coat
THIS IS WHAT YOUR SALON NAIL TECH USES

DO WE HAVE A FAVORITE TOP COAT |

Seche Vite is the first patented single-procedure
dry-fast-top-coat in the world. Most other top coats contain
nitrocellulose, the primary adhesive ingredient in nail polish. A
combination of wood pulp and cotton fiber (organics) make up
nitrocellulose, so one of the inherent problems that nitrocellulose
introduces into products containing it, is that it yellows over time as
all organics do. Slice an apple, and what does it do? It yellows. Slice
a potato, and what does it do? Again, it yellows. Once nitrocellulose is
exposed to the elements, it's on its way to yellowing. Sun can yellow
it. Air can yellow it. Time can yellow it. Seche Vite does not contain
nitrocellulose. Instead, Seche Vite contains a synthetic version of
nitrocellulose known as "cellulose acetate butyrate" (CAB).
This is the heart of the Seche Vite invention. Since CAB is synthetic
and not organic, it does not decay, and therefore cannot turn yellow.
Even though CAB is a synthetic version of nitrocellulose, its behavior
is vastly different. CAB does not stick to other liquid elements. It
glides over them when applied and then penetrates through them. In the
instance of nitrocellulose based products (nail polish), the CAB in
Seche Vite helps the formula do something very unique to top coats.
Little fingers of Seche Vite penetrate through the layers of polish to
the base coat. When Seche Vite dries, the manicure should be viewed as a
safe-door that has been shut and locked. The manicure is one solid piece
instead of a bunch of different layers that individually are weak. After
finishing the tenth nail with lacquer or polish, immediately go back to
the first nail, and apply a thick bead of Seche Vite to the nail plate.
Flow the bead across the nail plate, and be amazed how it glides over
and self-levels on the wet polish without dragging or streaking. Because
of the immediate application, Seche Vite has a three to five minute head
start on conventional top coats and UV system top coats. In about five
minutes, Seche Vite is very touchable. Within 10-15 minutes the nails
are dry enough to put gloves on, put hose and shoes on or go to bed.
Whatever the case, no fabric marks, hair marks or sheet marks will ever
occur. No conventional top coat manufacturer can make these claims and
be telling the truth. |
